Top Finds 5/22/2015

Its been a while since my last Top Finds, but I am back this week!

Meet Lily

She is a self-flying camera drone. How awesome is that?

Its like taking your Go Pro to the next level. Some downsides are it's battery length and price tag, but a couple of years from now, I believe that this technology will be more affordable.

Staying with the technology theme, meet Marbel

An electric skateboard.

Again, similar downsides as Lily but such incredible technology.

Next up... Fashion: The Tie Bar

My brother has recently gotten into to bow ties, and not the clip on's. He prefers the traditional self-tie. I agree, that the self-tied brings more of a unique look to a mans outfit. This company has been featured in numerous GQ magazines.

The sell a great section of regular ties and bow ties, my favorite are the conversational bow ties. I order some last night, but has some problems with the order... I think it was more of a PayPal issue.
I will update you when I receive them.

Movies: Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials

The first movie, The Maze Runner, was awesome and I am currently reading The Death Cure. It has taken me a while to actually finish all the books, but I can not wait to see how the second movie turns out!

Kate Spade: Cedar Street Darla Review

Last month, I visited my local outlet mall, (so thankful to have an outlet mall 20 mins. away) the weather was a little cold but luckily the mall was not crowded. I would say the only store that was really crowded, would be the Tory Burch store, they had a waiting line outside.

Our first stop, out of convenience, was the Nautica store. I was so glad to see some really cute sweaters, which where also on sale for $20 each. Our main stop was for the Kate Spade store, they where having such a great sale, 60% off the entire store. We first came out with a couple of purses and bracelets, (as an added bonus, they offer a 15% student discount). We then stopped next door to the Michael Kors store, where I saw some really cute ID holders.

Leather Card Case $48

My mom and sister told me they had saw some very smiliar at Kate Spade. I decided that for the price and the size, Kate Spade was the winner. I went back and picked up a Cedar Street Darla - Pillboxred
Cedar Street Darla $78 after discount $27

It was a no question, that Kate Spade was a better deal. Although it is bigger then my previous card holder, it was time to retire my old Juicy one. The main difference between the two is the size and zipper vs snap opening.

As you can see from the wear, it has been very loved, around 7 years of love.
